I’m a Californian native…and will always be, but Texas holds my heart now.

I first went into business January of 2000 in the SF Bay Area, California, opening Beyond The Lens Photography for business.

My love…My husband Ken – I’m completely in love with him, he makes me smile & laugh, he completes me, he encourages me to push more in my love for photography, he is my best friend & and my partner, I’m lucky to have him beside me, helping to capture it all.

I’m a wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, a friend…I love ice cold orange juice…fresh lemonade with ice…chewing ice…chocolate…I’m addicted to golf…I love my freckles…my daughters…and I need my husband…always…I love Mojitos, yum…Mexican food, I could eat it every day…seriously…red is my favorite color and I secretly love yellow, turquoise & green…I love dancing with my baby girl…I love when our friends are around…and watching Ken play drums.

I’m thankful to be surrounded by people I love…I love photographing people doing what they do – living & loving and I’m passionate about it…I get butterflies when I think about what the future holds for us and the friends that we’re going to make in our journeys of photography!

I’m thankful for the strong connections & friendships that we make with those we shoot, and I’m so lucky to be able to wake up every morning, and say that I’m a photographer and I love what I do!!!
